By the end of the period given by the Honduras government and not having definition from the Brazilian Government about the political asylum or the territorial asylum to Manuel Zelaya, diplomatic relations will be cut.
In those conditions, the Brazilian Embassy in Tegucigalpa and their employees will lose the immunity. And, if it goes, the Chancellery and the Embassy Residence will lose the consular immunity immediately.
The Honduras position is endorsed by the international law and by the Vienna Convention of Diplomatic relations. The existence of an Embassy presupposes the existence of diplomatic relations.
There are no precedents in the history of diplomatic shames similar to this one, witch Lula et crowd has proportionate to us.
